Overview

In this program, you can perform incredible activities with dolphins, such as caressing, hand-shaking, hugging, and smiling. However, the fun begins when you experience the thrilling dorsal tow and foot push. For added fun underwater, you can snorkel to observe stingrays and interact with the most social creatures, the chubby manatees!

After the swimming, you can relax by riding a bike and taking in the colorful nature of the place, swimming in the infinity pool, or just lying down by the pool in comfortable lounge chairs and taking a warm sunbath.

This attraction has buffet food and a national open bar in the VIP area.

The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.

This program admits groups with a maximum of 10 people.

For safety reasons, expectant mothers of 5 months or more can't participate in aquatic programs. However, pregnant mothers under 5 months can only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another adult and after signing a waiver.

Children taller than 1.40 mt are allowed to participate alone in any program.

Children taller than 1.20 mts are allowed to participate with two paying adults.

During the dolphin activities, cameras (mobile devices, including cell phones and tablets) are prohibited.

To avoid the pollution of the dolphin environment, we ask that you please not use any suntan lotion or mosquito repellent during the swimming activities.

Arrive 30 minutes before departure time.

We suggest not bringing jewelry or any valuable objects; using them during the swimming with dolphins program is not allowed.

COVID-19 protocols are implemented to ensure the safety of all our guests.

Have an official ID to confirm your identity or make any payment by card.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours before the activity apply only with a medical prescription.
