The use of life jackets is mandatory all time while in water activities.

This tour includes highly physically demanding activities; participants must be in excellent physical condition, is not recommended for people with weight over 260 lbs.

Expecting mothers are restricted for safety reasons, and people who suffer from heart disease and back or spine problems cannot participate in this activity.
