If you have heart ailments, a fear of heights, a recent surgery, back pain or get dizzy easily, certain Park activities are not recommended.

You won’t be able to participate in any activity once you have consumed alcohol.

During adventure activities, the use of cameras (mobile devices, including cell phones and tablets) are not allowed. Go pro can be used as long as they are adjusted during the tour to a chest or head mount.

We suggest not bringing jewelry or any valuable objects.

Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to your booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees. (Any change on your booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price)

Cancellations made between 0 and 2 days prior to your booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. (It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit)
