Overview

Experience four different types of Cenotes in their natural environments, perfectly adapted to get you in complete harmony with these enigmatic places.

Increase your fun with an assisted rappel descent into the depth of a cavern blue cenote, zip lining, and cliff jump in an open grand cenote, kayaking, and underwater exploration in a semi-open cenote.

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs.
  • Upon booking, you will receive the confirmation of your pick-up time based on your location.

Itinerary

08:00 hrs. - 20:00 hrs.

Pick up at your hotel or meeting point. (Between 8:00 hrs. and 10:00 hrs., depending on the location of your hotel)

Begin the adventure in an assisted rappelling into Lu'um, a cavern cenote.

After the activity, you will get cold and hot drinks (water, sodas, Mexican-style hot chocolate, or coffee) and seasonal fruit.

Continue with the Zip lines and cliff jumps at an open cenote, K’áak', and an ancient cenote, Iik.

The last stop in a semi-open cenote, Ha' to kayaking and exploration swimming.

Enjoy a jungle picnic that includes julienne soup, a cold bar of meats and premium cheeses, a variety of rustic bread, dressings, salads, water, wine, and beer.

Return to your hotel or pick up point in the panoramic bus.

Bring a proof of your purchase.

Avoid using makeup, perfumes, or repellents with chemicals that may affect the ecosystem of the cenotes; you will shower before entering the first cenote.

Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must also show an ID to verify their age.

For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.4 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) are required.

The use of a life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.

This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung, or spine conditions, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, pregnant women, or those suspected of being pregnant.

The average water temperature of the cenotes is 75 to 78° F throughout the year.

Please consider that the cenotes are in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy, and cell phone service is likely unavailable.

We suggest not bringing jewelry or any valuable objects.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled more than two days before your booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees. (Any change on your booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price)

Cancellations made between 0 and 2 days before your booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. (It is not possible to make date changes on the same day of your visit)
