How can I pay my tours?
You can pay your services with a charge to your credit or debit card, at Tours Xpert we take your security very seriously, that is why we have partnered with one of the largest payment processors in the world to offer you the greatest security and peace of mind in every transaction.
I missed the bus, what do I do?
Get in touch with us as soon as possible to find ways to help you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your service in most of our activities.
I paid online and havent received my confirmation, what do I do?
Our bookings are confirmed within 48 hours of your purchase, we have to confirm the availability with the tour operator for the selected date. Once your booking is confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email with your booking number. If you haven't received a confirmation within 48 hours, please check if the email has been filtered into your spam folder. In the unlikely event that your booking is not confirmed within 48 hours, we will contact you to try and find an alternative option.
