Explore the world’s second-largest reef system, “The Great Mayan Reef, in Puerto Morelos, home to over 65 types of stony coral, 350 species of mollusks, and over 500 species of fish.

The experienced guides will take you to the reef to snorkel so you can witness the vibrant underwater life of this unique environment up close and personal.

  • Schedules: Monday to Sunday. 09:00 hrs.to 12:00 hrs.
  • Upon your booking, you will receive the confirmation of your pick-up time based on your location.

Itinerary

09:00 hrs. - 12:00 hrs.

Pick up at your hotel or meeting point. (The hour depends on the location)

Welcome briefing with information on the activity, security measures for the snorkel, and delivery of the snorkel equipment.

Departure from Marina Kay to the coral reef.

First, stop at a shallow reef. (approx 40 min in the water)

The second stop is in a deep reef. (approx 40 min in the water)

During the sailing time, you will be provided with snacks and drinks on board.

Back to your hotel or meeting point in an air-conditioned vehicle.

Children over 8 years old may participate in the activity.

The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.

For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with heart and respiratory conditions, and/or injuries with back/neck injuries cannot participate.

The snorkeling tour depends on the weather conditions.

Arrive 30 minutes before departure time.

To avoid the pollution of the reefs, we kindly ask you not to use suntan lotion or mosquito repellent until the guide advises.

We suggest not bringing jewelry or any valuable objects.

The itinerary may suffer last-minute changes due to weather conditions and/or logistics. We constantly work for our clients' safety, comfort, and pleasure.

COVID-19 protocols are implemented to ensure the safety of all our guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours before the activity will apply only with a medical prescription.

Cancellations before 72 hrs. apply a 30% penalty from 24 hrs. 50% penalty, and on the day of the reservation will apply 100% of the charge.

Thank you very much really.

I had my doubts with this tour that was recommended to me. But it was wonderful. the island of Puerto Morelos is very quiet, it is worth taking a tour.
