These activities can represent overexertion or extreme tiredness for people with disabilities or pregnant women.

For the Ropes Course, you must use gloves, which you will borrow exclusively for the activity and must return upon completing the course.

If you have heart ailments, a fear of heights, a recent surgery, back pain, or get dizzy quickly, certain Park activities are not recommended.

You won’t be able to participate in any activity once you have consumed alcohol.

During adventure activities, cameras (mobile devices, including cell phones and tablets) are not allowed. Go pro can be used as long as they are adjusted to a chest or head mount during the tour.

We suggest not bringing jewelry or any valuable objects.

Reservations canceled more than two days prior to your booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees. (Any change on your booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price)

Cancellations made between 0 and 2 days before your booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. (It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit)
