Nature park in Playa del Carmen where you and your family will live Mexico in more than 50 natural and cultural attractions in a wonderful setting rich in fauna and flora. Swim in underground rivers that come from the heart of the earth, includes a buffet meal and the access to Plus Area with its exclusive facilities.

Children under 4 years old are free of charge always accompanied by an adult.

The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic activities.

This activity is not recommended and cannot be performed by pregnant women, respiratory and heart conditions, back injuries, and epilepsy.

To avoid the pollution of the cenotes, we kindly ask you to not use any suntan lotion or mosquito repellent until advised by the guide.

We suggest not bringing jewelry or any valuable objects.

Have with you an official ID to confirm your identity or to make any payment by card.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to your booking date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative fees. (Any change on your booking date is subject to an adjustment in the price)

Cancellations made between 0 and 2 days prior to your booking date, or in the case of no-shows or not using your coupon, are nonrefundable. (It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit)
